IMPORTANT NOTE – Please ensure that the area around your tank is free of all debris and overgrown vegetation with screening, by way of fencing or controlled hedging, no closer than 1m on one or two sides of the tank only and that a line of sight is maintained between the vessel and the tanker to ensure the safe delivery of LPG to your home. Please detail if there are any trees, branches or power lines near to or over hanging the tank or if the delivery hose needs to pass through any enclosed spaces.

If you telephone, it's answered at once by an actual person who knows what they're talking about, with no endless waits, labyrinthine options, or messages telling you how much your custom is valued. If you email, you receive a very swift reply. Either way, I have always unfailingly had professional, knowledgeable, helpful, pleasant and efficient service. Best of all of course is that I have saved considerable amounts of money, without the headache of bargaining endlessly with assorted gas companies. Excellent service! Rapid and clear and were able to get me ten pence off(almost 20%!) per litre of lpg fixed for two years versus my existing provider’s initial year offer for a two year contract with the second year floating! Later turned out to be the same provideri have re contracted with so happy days and two fingers up to those robbers!

This is the second time I have used LPG save and as I always review the market I am comfortable at having got a good deal. It’s certainly a strange business whereby new customers win out over customer loyalty and often forces a change of supplier every 2 years. Makes no sense to me but thanks to LPG save for sorting me a deal with Flogas again.
